Description of the 1000L IBC tank
Changzou Treering Plastics offer 500L 800L , 1000L 1200L IBC Tank,
which Called Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC), these tanks meet UN standards for transportation specifications.
All the tank secured to a galvanized steel pallet, they are easy to maneuver with a forklift or pallet jack.
Can be stacked two high when full and four high when empty. Specification
Feature Made of LLDPE, the inner bottle of the IBC is of Lower density,
easy to clean and innocuous. More durable and Safety when transport Made of first-class hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, the frame of the container is firm, durable and corrosion-resisting. Made of engineering plastics, the angle bead and cover plate can well protect the inner barrel and the valve. Made of quality galvanized steel plates, the four-way-inlet pallet well protects the inner, and is of best stability, easy to load, unload and stack. Equipped with exhaust devices, the container cap ensures liquid safety during transportation. Fixed by bolts into the container top, so the inner bottle can be easily replaced. IBC Inner Plastic tanks are made of FDA-compliant polyethylene and are protected by a rigid tubular galvanized steel cage. Tanks come standard with a 6"(150mm )Vent top opening with threaded cap and TPE gasket, a 2" NPS fill opening, and a drain outlet (Valve) that has a 2" PVC valve and a dust cap. Maximum temperature allowed is 60℃ .The inner tank color is translucent white. IBC Tanks are recommended for use in applications where it is critical to ship and store materials in the same container. Can be used for either hazardous or nonhazardous liquids ( Like oil ,ulphuric acid ..) . if you need , the INNER HDPE plastic tank can do UV-blocking additive for extended sunlight exposure resistance.
