Specification

1. Frame is made of prefabricated 50*5mm aluminum angle joined by means of aluminum angle cross bracing. Each frame shall be unit-welded, using metal inert gas method to form into trapezium shape.

2. Bracing adopts 40*5mm aluminum angle cross and horizontal bracing.

3. The seat use non-marking rubber foot pads to protect wood floors.

4. Each frame has swivel casters for movement and caster brakes keep the bleacher from rolling when stored.

5. Aluminum Seat Plank is 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Seat Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance. Polymer Echo seats are available.

6. Deck width is 600mm or 660mm and riser height is 150mm.

7. Seat height is 430mm or more.

8. The vertical dead load for stand platform is ≥350kg/m and horizontal wavering load for stand platform is ≥36kgm.
