- Three in one, this compactor machine include crush, extrude and pelletizing function. With high efficiency, high output.

- The compactor with high temperature, make plastics small, and it also have cutter function, meanwhile evaporating water.

- Single screw extruder can be equipped with exhaust or non-exhaust, pelletizing method, screen changing device etc, according to the characteristics of plastic.

- Extruder is equipped with pressure sensors. Pressure sensor is used to detect pressure. When it’s time to replace filter screen, warning light will ring.

- Die-face pelletizing is expected to reduce manpower cost.

-  Drivetrain: High torque precision gearbox. Low noise and steady operation.

-  Dedicated screw and barrel design: The screw is specially designed for recycled materials based on their characteristics. The unique design ensures full degassing in operation.

- It can be used one stage or two stage ,depend on how clean of your raw material.
