PET Bottle Washing Machine Description:

-This pet flake hot washer machine is used for mixing waste HDPE PET bottle scrap.

-The material will stay at hot washer for 8-10 minutes, and the hot washer steamer feed with chemical (caustic Soda/NaOH/or other detergent) , and the temperature should be keep 90-95℃.

-this system can be used Gas, electric and diesel to steam the hot washer according the customer requirement.

-Rotor shaft inside hot washer is made by stainless steel.

PET Bottle Washing Machine shining points:

1. Our Machine raw material adopt stainless steel 304.

2. Our PET bottle crusher equiped with the force feeding pressing device,

when the pet bottle us non - pressed, having this device will effectively avoid the

bottle jump inside the chamber of the crusher, at the mean time, this device can

enhance capacity to some degree.

3. Dewatering machine is also new type: the rotary speed can reach to 2200rpm. While the old model can be 1200. the new type can dry the pet flakes to 2% moisture content.

no need the air pipe dryer and blower, and at the same time,save power for you.

working principle:

recycled PET plastic bottles, firstly to remove the labels for label remover machine, and then go though selecting table to select different color bottles( for example, green bottles,bule bottles or other PC ,HDPE bottles etc. then go to crusher to crush , when the material come out ,then go to floating washer , to separate PET bottles with PP labels ,cups. After separating, it will go to high degree temperature hot washer boil to hot washing, then go to cold floating washer again (to remove the detergent from hot washer, then dewatering ,package.
