Plastic shredder features:
1. Plastic shredder is also known as shear type shredder, by
cutting, tearing and pressing the material to reduce size.
2. This machine can be widely used in household plastic, daily
plastic, HDPE, building plastics,PVC plastic, pet bottle, plastic
bucket, discarded home appliance shell (plastic shell) and other
large volume waste.
3. Plastic shredder is a multi-function, strong general-purpose
machine, which adopt standardized modular design, parts with better
interchangeability, the auxiliary knife is made of die forging, the
main knife is made of special alloy steel by special exclusive
process, with good wear resistance and high strength features, the
driving part adopts the middle gear transmission to form the
different relation. Screen disassembly is convenient and simple,
elegant appearance and compact structure.
Shredder blade:
1.For different material properties, flexible choice of equipment
knife roll, enhance the shredding effect.
2.The thickness and the number of blade can be changed according to
different materials.When crushing hollow material, can be equipped
with pressure device to increase production.
The thickness of the shredder blade is divided into 15mm, 20mm,
40mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, can select the blade according to the
particle size after crushing.
Single Shaft Shredder: A single shaft shredder has one shaft with
blades and is hydraulic driven. The materials will be continually
shredded until they are of a uniform size that is small enough to
pass through the mesh screen. Examples of uses: Shred plastics,
wood, solid moldings.
Dual Shaft Shredder: As the name implies, a dual shaft shredder has two sets of blades. The material is fed into the chamber and
shreds are then output. Unlike the single shaft shredder, the
material will not pass through a screen, so the size of the output
material will not be uniform. Examples of uses: Shred tires, scrap
electronics, hazardous waste, plastic barrels.
