Before the raw material goes into extruder it should be mixing firstly, if it is have over two materials.
Compared with traditional pelletizing, the water ring pellet is not easy to break, the pellets are more beautiful.
Metal detector is option when goes into extruder.
The granulation line’s screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl material, and the surface is treated by nitriding hardening, and the service life is long.
The granulation line barrel has a drain port and a vacuum pump to drain and vent the air to ensure the quality of the particles.
