Application:

DVP series double stages vacuum transformer oil purifier is special designed for processing insulating oil of high voltage electric equipments(especially for more than 500KV UHV insulating oil) in workshops or the field, storage tanks or drums, it adopts double stages vacuum source, double stages vacuum dehydration and degasification vessels, three stages precise filtration system, which can separate moisture, gas, particles and other harmful ingredients from oil much quickly and effectively to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.

Meanwhile, DVP machine can be used for online oil treatment for transformers and vacuum drying and oil-pumping for electrical equipment. It is also applied to the above 110KV EHV transmission and distribution equipment, capacitor oil, cable oil, mutual inductor oil etc.

This DVP170 model explosion-proof type transformer oil purifier machine is our latest type with explosion proof system and auto Interlocked protection system,it can treat 170L/minute(10000L/hour) transformer oil,this machine can be produced with Europe famous brand pumps.such as Germany Leybold ,Kracht,ABB or China famous brand pumps as customer required. This DVP170 explosion proof type transformer oil purifier machine mostly suitable for power plant,hydroelectric power station,metallurgy, railway ,wind or coal power station,power substation,power engineering,the power supply house ,transformer vacuum oiling and for various wet electrical equipments vacuum drying.

Features:

* Adopting the three-dimensional flash evaporation dehydration and degassing technology, it high efficiently separates water, gases from the oil, making the breakdown voltage rapidly increase to above 75KV.
* Adopting the complex high speed degassing spiral flow structure, oil gas separate dual channel technology, redissolution technology in anti oil gas separation, it quickly removes various organic hydrocarbon gases, ensuring no acetylene and hydrogen in oil.
* Adopting carbon fiber infrared heating, grouped ultra low surface load, PID constant temperature control and dual temperature flow protection technology. Inside the machine installed the the diameter increase oil flow direction turning overflow technology to prevent “dead oil area”, over-temperature and drying.

* Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the evaporation area and degassing time,fast and efficient extrusion of moisture,gas,machinery impurities in the oil,and other harmful substance,improve the transformer oil flash point,electric strength and breakdown voltage.

* Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the frequency of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.

* Interlocked protective system connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.

* Online oil treatment, vacuum drying and vacuum oil-filling for electric equipments.

* Double stages vacuum source and dehydration, degasification system, vacuum pump with roots pump, high speed vacuum evacuation, ultimate vacuum ≤ 5Pa

* Multi-stage precise filtration system with gradually increasing precision, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from oil.

* Automatic double-infrared liquid level controller, pressure protector, which ensure long-term safely and reliable operation.

* Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and temperature protection of heater, which avoid cracking and aging of oil.
