1. We adapted Lost Wax Process & EPC process & Sand Cast Process to make Base Trays for Integral Horizontal Batch Carburizing Furnaces.

2. We can supply finished High Temperature Material Trays Fixture with heat-treatment and machining process.

3. Silica sol investment cast process is adopted to make Longer Life Heat Treatment Furnace Holding Fixture Components.

Production Process:Lost Wax Process & EPC process & Sand Process, including machining process.
