Working principle
GZ series semi-automatic piston single-head filling machine is a
filling machine developed by our company for filling
high-concentration fluid. It is a three-way principle of driving a
piston and a rotary valve through a cylinder to extract and produce
high-concentration materials. The recirculation amount can be
adjusted by controlling the stroke of the cylinder with a reed
switch.

pressure, the uniformity of the material, and the filling speed.
2. The filling speed will be affected by factors such as the
viscosity of the material, the stroke of the cylinder, the size of
the filling nozzle, and the proficiency of the operator.
3. Bottled Water Filling Machine has two kinds of filling methods: pedal and automatic. The two
filling methods can be switched at will.
4. The rotary valve used in this machine is a PTFE material with
wear resistance, acid resistance and high temperature resistance.
It cannot be knocked and collided at will during cleaning.
