Working principle

The material will be pumped through the reciprocating piston filling machine under the action of the cylinder. The cylinder of this pumping stroke is adjusted by a signal valve to achieve the accurate filling result.

The filling machine and additional functions are designed and manufactured by our factory and refer to the same foreign machine. This machine is simple and easy to operate, error correction, adjustment, cleaning and maintenance.

With automatic conveying, automatic filling, no bottle is not filled, jamming bottle positioning, preventing dripping, lifting and filling functions. Can be equipped with a protective cover. The material contact part is made of 304 stainless steel.

The material contact part can be customized to 316 stainless steel. A hopper can be installed. The hopper can be fitted with an automatic level control system.
