Description
Almond cracker is a simple device for shelling apricot kernels. It is single-stage
broken shell, and each time a shell of almond size is removed, the
machine shelling gap is adjustable. This unit is a single-stage
shell. After the apricot kernel is poured into the shell of the
machine, there are some small apricot kernels that have not broken
the shell. After screening, the gap of the shell breaker should be
adjusted and the shell should be broken once. Our factory also
provides a three-stage apricot core shredder, which can be divided
into three grades by shelling. It is easy to operate and can fully
meet the needs of small nut processing; and the machine has a small
footprint and is convenient for the composition of the production
line. In addition, our factory produces a complete set of apricot
core shell breaking, peeling and deep processing production lines.

Working principle
Almond cracker is mainly used to crush the nut shell by crushing the two shells to
achieve the shell breaking of the nut. After the apricot kernel is
poured into the machine for a shell breaking, there is a part of
the unbroken small apricot kernel, which needs to be adjusted after
screening. The gap between the sticks broke again.
