Shipping Method and Shipping Time:
For Transport , we have three ways to send the goods to worldwide :
1. By Express Service ( Door to Door )
We use mainstream international express company for shipping , as usual you can get the sample or goods within 3~5 days after we sent , you track the goods by checking the #AWB number at the express website anytime .
2. By Airfreight Service ( Door to Your Airport )
We send the samples or goods from our warehouse to your airport , you need to pick it up from your local airport and the charge will be lower than express service , as usual you can get it within 5~10 days
3. By Sea Shipping Service ( Door to Your Harbor )
If you don't need the goods urgent or mass goods , we can send the goods to you by sea , the transport cost will be lower than by airfreight service.

Q1: What is your minimum order?
A1: Our min order is 100pcs per color per design.

Q2: Could we have our own design/ brand/ logo of product?
A2: Sure. OEM/ ODM is acceptable.
    We can put your logo and brand tag on our product, we will also make mock up for your confirm before you make order.

Q3:What is the lead time for sample and production? How much does the sample cost?
A3: It will take about 3-15 days for sample and 55-70 days for mass production. The exact time depend on your design and order qty. We could send you the samples but the samples are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the sample fee.

Q4: How's the order process?
A4: Confirm product specifications - > confirm price - > proof - > confirm sample - > sign a contract, deposit payment and arrange bulk production - > finish production - > inspection (photo or real product) - > balance payment - > delivery - > after-sales service.

Q5: What payment terms accept?
A5: We accept western union, T/T or L/C at sight, you just pay 30% deposit to start production and balance should be paid before shipped. We also support Trade Assurance, which assure your payment safe and on-time shipping.

Q6:How can you guarantee the quality?
A6: We have well-trained and professional workers and strict QC system in each production link. And each product has to be 100% inspected before shipment.
