Brief Introduction 16T Cable Drum Powered Rail Transporter Motorized Electric Rail
Transfer Cart KPJ series cable reels rail transfer cart----Simply speaking, it is
powered by cable reels. it only can be equipped with cable drum
with the cable reels on the bottom of the transport bogie.
Apparently, it has easy operation, but its distance may be limited
by longth of the cable reels, so it is suitable to be used in short
distance (<=200m). About our company, it has been a long year to
research and develope it, and our enterprise concept is that
attentively manufacturing, keeping on improving and elabrately
serving to make our customer satisfied. Up to now, our item can
reach to 300T. Working Principle The kind of rail transfer cart gets power AC380v through the
device of cable reel which is installed at the bottom of the cart.
The motor is controlled by the power through AC control system. By
the principle, we can make the transfer flat cart to start, stop,
goforward, backforward etc. Application The series' rail transfer cart can be suitable to be used in the
bad environment, such as, high-temperature and anti-explosion
condition. It can be used many occassions like paper making field,
steel plant, matallurgy Industry, galvanized plant etc..Compared
with the KPX series, the using is not linited; Compared with KPD
series, it is not so strict limitation for the construction of the
railway. The load capacity is not limited and if the running
distance is more than 50m, a cable arranger should be installed to
arrange the cables, the runnimg distance of KPJ series can reach to
