KPD series' rail flat trailer is powered by low voltage electricity from railways, the kind of rail flat trailer is one of the most convenient and it often can be widely used in the industry field an so on. Of course,compaired other flat cart,it main features as it follows,its rails is isulated with the ground, and its wheels are isulated with the ground, so doesn't others.it is the advantage that the flat cart have, why we disign is that its convenient (only rails needed) and its simple operation. Working Principle

KPDZ rail flat trailer, the power source AC380v is transformed into AC36v two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails.Then the flat carts' wheels conduct the AC36v on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the carts, And then the AC36v is transformed into DC36v and then control the DC motor through the DC control system to make the flat carts start, stop, go forward and backward railways.
