Oil Production Sucker Rod Pump Description:
The inner surface of the rod inserted pump barrel is processed with carbonization quench or chrome plating technology and the plunger surface is processed with thermal metal spraying technology. The pump meets the requirement of long stroke. high speed and deep producing and has the advantages of high pumping efficiency. large displacement ,wear and corrosion resistance,long operation and easy repairing
The rod inserted pump adopts a structure of extension plunger,up sets the travelling valve to avoid the limit of the pump barrel,enlargers the oil outlet passage,reduces the oil flow rssistanceimproves the pump efficiency.It also increases the strength of the valve bonnet.It is applicable for deep pumping.The pump is not suitable for hight oil gas wells.
Major rod inserted models: RHAC RHBM, RHBC, RWAM, RWAC, RWBM; Sizes of the pumps are of Φ32-Φ120, with displacement mm of 1.8-8m.
