API Standard Cementing Tool Casing Float Shoe

Float Shoe:

Float show allow operator to maintain a constant fluid height inside the casing of a well. It also contains a check valve to prevent back flow. It functions similarly to the float collar but also serves as a guide shoe for the casing.

API Standard Cementing Tool Casing Float Shoe Features

The rounded nose profile helps guide the casing string.
Reliable back-pressure leak proof structure, enable grout or slurry flow with less resistance.
High strength design ensure excellent performance for flow endurance and back pressure holding
Valve seat and valve disk can effectively prevent grout from flowing back.
Non-rotating landing plate is available on request.
Either PDC or rock bit drillable.
