Non-Rotating Cement Wiper Plug Temperature -30℃~150℃ PDC Drillable Feature

The Non-rotating cementing top plug is manufactured by graded rubber,the rubber is fused onto a composite or aluminum core, rubber and aluminum/composite material is to be bonded strongly.

Features

Reinforced locking teeth built into the plugs.
Eliminate rotation of the plug during drill out.
Operating range of temperature with Hydrogenated Nitrile core is up to 200 degree Fahrenheit.
The bottom plug in orange with rupture diaphragm at 300 psi differential.
PDC drillable.
Can be operated in either synthetic or mud fluids.
