5.5Kw Two Barrel Cement Slurry Mixer Electrical Grouting

Introduction:
The grouting mixer is a special equipment for cement mixing. It has the characteristics of small dust next to the machine, compact structure, reliable performance, simple operation, convenient maintenance and cleaning, etc. It is an ideal choice for cement mixing operations.

Machine structure and working principle:
The grouting mixer is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a belt pulley, a barrel, a mixing blade, a discharge valve, an unitary base, etc. (see figure). It is mainly used in conjunction with a grouting pump, and can also be used for slurry mixing in other industries.
The grouting mixer working principle is: the motor reducer drives the mixing shaft to rotate. The mixing shaft is equipped with mixing blades inside the barrel. The rotation of the mixing blades is used to make the cement slurry. After the mixing is completed, the slurry suction pipe of the grouting pump can pumped it out; at the same time, the slurry discharge butterfly valve can be opened, and the material will be discharged to the storage hopper and then pumped. After the pumping is completed, water and cement are added to the barrel to proceed to the next slurry mixing.

Machine maintenance:

The maintenance of the grouting mixer is extremely simple, but the machine should be cleaned up in time after each shift, and the cement and stains on the surface of the mixer should be cleaned; the reducer lubricant should be replaced regularly.
