Our gabion mesh is manufactured from high-tensile, low-carbon steel wire (2.0-5.0mm diameter) with double-twisted hexagonal openings. Featuring triple-layer corrosion protection – hot-dip galvanized (230-300g/m² zinc coating), Galfan alloy, or PVC-encased (up to 0.8mm thickness) – it delivers 15-75 year service life in aggressive environments. Compliant with EN 10223-3 and ASTM A975 standards, the flexible yet load-resistant structure (35-50kN/m tensile strength) adapts to ground settlement while maintaining 95% permeability for hydraulic efficiency. Pre-fabricated as modular baskets (1x1x1m to 3x1x1m), panels, or rolls for rapid deployment. 

The Gabion Wire Mesh comes in a hexagonal wire mesh in rolls, also known as rock-fall netting. It is available in different hole sizes including 60 x 80 mm, 80 x 100 mm, and 100 x 120 mm, offering flexibility for various project requirements.
