1. Inquiry: customer send inquiry to us including below information: Size, quantity, box shape or usage, box printing design
2. Quotation: we will send customer quotation based on mentioned box information.
3. Sample production and delivery: after all details confirmed, we will produce samples for customer. Fee for customized sample will be USD50 to 150. Sample in our showroom is free. Sample time will be 1 to 5 days. Mailing ways for samples: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT or other express. The mailing charge will on customer’s account.
4. Sample confirmed by customer.
5. Order confirmed by customer.
6. Contract confirmed and prepay by customer.
7. Mass production. We will report the progress from time to time.
8. Balance paid before shipping by customer.
9. Shipping.
