FD series controller of molecular pump has a top performance on multi-function and low noise.

This controller has 2 options for Voltages: 110VAC±10％ or 220VAC±10％, the input prequency is 50/60 ±5％ respectively. The Max output power is 1100W. 

It can be applied to molecular pumps F-400/3500. This user manual provides with precautions regarding installation, commissioning, operation, trouble diagnosis and daily maintenance. Installation Environment

1. Away from rain, drips, steam, dust and oil-dust; no corrosion, flammable gas, liquid; no metal particles or metal powder, etc.

2. Ambient temperature: within range of -10℃~+50℃.

3. Relative humidity of environment shall be lower than 90%, without any bead coagulation.

4. No strong electromagnetic interference.

5. Vibration strength: below 0.5g (acceleration).

6. Should The controller should be installed inside control cabinet, sufficient ventilation shall be ensured. Ventilation space shall be secured in the surrounding
