High Precision Four-Station Round Glue Dispensing Machine for PCB Assembly

This LED bulb glue dispensing machine is designed to apply glue to the base of LED bulbs or LED Par lights, facilitating their connection to the lamp housing.

For this purpose, a Four-station round glue dispensing machine can be utilized. The four stations are evenly spaced at 90-degree intervals on a rotating disc. Each time the revolution motor rotates 90 degrees, it brings a workpiece to the gluing nozzle. An auto-rotation motor then drives the workpiece to rotate at a consistent speed, ensuring an even application of glue.

1. The machine operates with four workstations in a cyclic manner, capable of processing 1000 to 1500 pieces per hour.

2. It is equipped with a workpiece detector that determines whether to proceed with gluing or to skip the current piece.

3. The gluing track can be customized to a full circle, a single point, a segmented arc, or other desired patterns.

4. The machine offers flexible working modes, allowing it to operate with either four stations or two stations.

5. Operating the machine is straightforward, thanks to its touch screen and button controls. Different glue settings can be configured to ensure optimal performance for various types of glue.
