Introduction

This machine is used for cutting the extra feet/lead of PCBA after wave soldering, the machine mainly including two parts, the PCB fixing, and the blade fixing. The PCB is transported by the chain, fixed by the clamper on both side, and the thimble at the buttom of the PCB. After the blade is fixed and the height setted, the PCB will be transported for the automatic lead cutting. The blade rotate fast and stability,at the same time it's very low noise and high efficiency. Warp prevention device is equipped to ensure no damage on the PCBA boards.

Feature

1, Adopts the eagle claw type shrapnel fixture, clamping PCB board automatic push, high stability. Plate feeding speed can be adjusted, the spindle speed is fast, low noise, high precision, fast efficiency.

2, A pair of conveyor chain is equipped in the model in which clamp and deliver the PCBA to the blade turning in high speed for trimming.
