Introduction

This automatic soldering machine is a desktop model soldering robot, the machine adopts stepper motor and timing belt driven system. The whole machine assemblyed with high quality precision Hiwin linear guide and Airtec cylinder. The PCB or product which need to be soldered is fixed by the customized fixtures. The machine with spot welding, pull welding,automatic cleaning and location  corrective , reproduction ,array , automatic positioning and so on. Also the machine is easy maintenance and operation, great improve the production efficiency.

1,Four-axis work, X/Y/Z and R rotary movement, to achieve multi-angle welding.

3,Soldering head can be adjusted in multiple directions to protect PCB and components from damage.
4,The machine supports Sopt soldering and Drah soldering.
5,Take the soldering iron head as the base point, align the key position of the product, press the enter key, the programme will automatically generate the point in the system, and then set the relevant data of the point and so on.
6,Adopting high precision stepping motor and synchronous belt driving system, as well as advanced motion control algorithm, effectively improve the motion positioning accuracy and repeatability.
7, the machine has an automatic cleaning function, which can make the solder processing more stable and extend the service life of the soldering iron.
8,Using handheld LCD teaching pendant, programming is simple and easy to learn.
