 High Speed Automatic Bouffant Cap Making Machine

This bouffant cap making machine produces bouffant caps which are widely used in hospital, travelling, hotel and family. It is fully automatic from feeding to finished products . One operator can run the whole line. The provided machine is available in different sizes and specifications in accordance to the requirements of the clients.

2) Non woven material or PE material can work on one machine.
3) Speed controlled by frequency converter, and automatic constant temperature control.
4) Ultrasonic welding combined with electric heating to make the product more comfortable and firm.
