Industrial Steel Structure Logistics Warehouse Design And Construction

We built this steel structure logistics warehouse building near the port. The trucks could enter this warehouse building based on the large space inside.

We are the Contractor for the steel structure logistics warehouse. Our work scope include design, fabrication and construction for the steel structure work.

The construction floor area is about 32,000 square meters. The height of the workshop reaches 15m. The steel quantity for this project is about 2500Tons. Glass wool panel is used as roof and wall panel for better insulation property.

Raw steel material: Q345& Q235 steel, all bolts connection ,straight cross-section or Variable cross-section

5.  Bracing:

X and V  bracing made from angle , round pipe etc.

6.  C or Z purlin:

size from C100~C320,Z160~Z300

7.  Roof and wall panel:

Glass wool panel

8.  Accessories:

semi-transparent skylight belts, Ventilators, down pipe, out gutter etc.

9. Derusting for steel components:

Shot blasting machine used to derust for main steel structure components, some steel components are galvanized.

10.  Installation:

 Project Manager is in charge of all the construciton work on site.

We will design Preliminary layout darwing, shop draiwng, 3D Tekla model, installation drawing for such project.

All the structure components, panels,bolts and sort of accessories will bewell packed with standard package suitable ocean transportation and loaded into 40’HQ.

All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers,who will prevent the goods to be damaged.
