Belt Conveyor Working Principle:

Belt Conveyor consists of two conveyor rollers, some carrier roller, steel frame, rubber belts and tight conveyor components. On the head, connecting with motor, rotating drum called driving roller; another tail drum is to change the direction of rubber belt movement called returning roller. Driving roller driven by a motor through reducer, conveyor and conveyor drive roller drag the belts relying on friction between them. Usually the drive rollers are mounted at the discharge end, to increase traction receiving drag. Material from the feed, fall to the rotating belt, relying friction transported to the discharge end for unloading.
