ISO 20ft container Cummins engine deck genset power pack for reefer containers

The  power pack is specifically designed for supplying power to reefer containers.

The power pack supplies electrical power for ISO container refrigeration systems.

The power pack is powered by water-cooled, heavy-duty, industrial type CUMMINS diesel engine that is closed couple via SAE flexible disk/flange coupling to the MARTHON brush-less, synchronous, self-regulated alternator. The engine, alternator,radiator,control panel is mounted on the steel base frame with four lifting attachments for lifting. The generator set frame is insulated from the container floor by anti-vibration mountings. The safety shutdown system and the electricity measuring data are provided with HGM6110 controller. The power pack is manufactured and rated according to continuous power output as outlined in ISO-8528, overload power in accordance with ISO-3046.

Control system:

1 a) Automatic alarm system: the unit has the acousto-optics alarm system and arrestor for any situation as the start defeat, the water is over temperature, the oil pulls down, over speed, over load and over current
b) Operation display:
1) Unit voltage, tri-phase load current and frequency display
2) Water temperature, oil pressure display
3) Fuel level, fuel temperature display
4) Audible and visual alarm lamps and buzzers
