Description:

Low e insulated glass, consists of one piece of low e glass and the other clear or tinted glass pane separated by an aluminum spacer and sealed together with butyl and then structural sealant at the edge. Low e insulated glass is filled with dry air or a noble gas, such as argon or krypton inside to isolate the heat exchange and reduce noise levels. The aluminum spacer is filled with silica desiccant pellets to ensure removal of any moisture in the airspace.

The insulated glass is designed to keep homes warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer.
