Hercules reverse gearbox was developed in 2018-the 20th anniversary of our company. With heavy-duty gear of Ratio 12:15 Module 4, driving gear bearing 6206, and cap bearing 6304, this reverser assembly is of more loading capacity, liability and wear-ability. Also, spring retainer is added to stop forward gear from making serial noise. Gearbox housing and bearing cover being connected by 5 M8 bolts improves tightness, sealing and loading capacity of the reverse device. Patented anti-trip-over technology is adopted to meet requirements of various complicated road conditions-especially when heavy loaded,never trip over to ensure driving safety. With beautiful and brief appearance, the gear shifting case has better sealing capacity due to new sealing technology.

1. Special oil seal:slector shaft adopts special rotation lip type oil seal, which has good performance in sealing, solved oil leaking problem generated by adopting traditional O-ring sealing method.

2. Enlarge gear modulus: Gear modulus is enlarged and car gear material 20CrMnTi is chosen, manufactured with special machines, making gear stronger,tougher, and less worn.

3. Patented anti gear trip design with self-lock structure:Patented technology is safe and trustworthy.

4. Less bumping and better gear shifting:Gear shifting mechanism adopts dog gear structure to reduce bumping,make gear shifting smooth and lower noise. Reverse gearbox life-time is imporved efficiently.

5. More loading capacity:Reverse gearbox is improved thoroughly in design, adopting gear with 4mm modulus to improve reverse gearbox loading capacity.

6.Cardan cross adopts forging parts instead of casting iron, improving not only reverse gearbox life-time but also power transmission drive steadiness.
