Model Pioneer reverse gearbox is a reverse gearbox, developed in 2018-the 20th anniversary of our company, suitable for 125cc-200cc tricycle, auto rickshaw, ATV, etc. This reverse gearbox applies heavy-duty gear ratio 11:14 module 4mm. The reverse gearbox housing is durable, beautiful, fashion, so rewarded with design patent.

Body cover bearing 6204 and driving gear bearing 6205 bring the reverse gearbox more loading capacity, reliability and wearability. Also, spring retainer is added to stop forward gear from making noise.

The design of enlarged crap groove stops crap from flowing back to reverse interior, reducing the wear-out of reverse gearbox components and parts. Furthermore, patented anti-trip-over technology is adopted to meet requirements of various complicated road conditions-especially when heavy loaded,never trip over to ensure driving safety. With beautiful and brief appearance, the gear shifting case has better sealing due to new sealing technology.
