Q1 : What's the MOQ?
        Generally 100 pairs Pairs for each color each style, it depends on your specific order.

Q2: Do you have professional designers team? And can you accept OEM orders?
       Yes. We have a professional R & D team to make development, design, customization for customer , provide popular style, fashion color elements, reasonable logo collocation . At the same time, we can make the sample according to the guests drawings, and accept the OEM , ODM order to produce all sports products . Welcome all types of customized orders and cooperation .

Q3 : Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
        Of course . Just send us the artwork by email in .CDR and .AI format.

Q4 : Can I get a sample?
        Yes . You need pay the sample fee and freight charge first , it is double of wholesale. Please do not worry , we will refund you extra money when you make a bulk order. Then we will arrange samples during 3 days once we get your payment & detail address.

Q5 : What is the delivery time and transprotation of the bulk order ?
        Delivery time : Generally speaking, it will take around 45 days to finish an order from preparing to packing. But the extra time is according to your quantity and requirement.
        Shipment : if you have no ship agent and forwarder in China, We can arrange a trustworthy shipping company with reasonable price for you, by sea, air and courier,express door to door service etc.

Q6 : What's your common trade terms and Payment Terms?
        Trade terms : We often use FOB or CFR with the competitive price accordingly.
        Payment terms: We accept T/T, western union, Trade Assurance and E-checking.Some will brings a little handle fee, pls pay attention.
        For bulk order by T/T and Western Union, 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before delivery. For OEM order, require of 50% deposit.
