200pcs/Min PLC SS 3 Ply Surgical Mask Making Machine

Function introduction of one to two production line :
This production line is an automatic one-to-two mask machine,
and one body machine drives two outer ear belt machines.
After the main body machine outputs the mask body,
the mask body sheet is conveyed to the line conveyor by a conveyor belt structure.
The mask plate is conveyed to the conveyor belt by a line conveyor,
and the mask sheet is conveyed above the first mask plate on the front of the
earband machine through the conveyor belt.
Finally, the mask plate is placed on the earpiece machine's mask by the cylinder
pressing Inside the pan, the earband machine then completes the welding of the
earbands, edging, etc. to complete the production of an earband mask product.
This machine adopts PLC and touch screen control. The main conveyor belt is
transported by a single-phase motor. The stepping motor is reversed.
The transmission is accurate, the control is stable, and the speed is adjustable.
