● Product description:

The vacuum degreasing and sintering integrated furnace is mainly used for degreasing and sintering of tungsten alloys, high specific gravity alloys, molybdenum alloys, titanium alloys and hard alloys. Suitable for degreasing of adhesives such as PEG, paraffin and rubber.

● Equipment system:
It mainly includes control system, heating system, positive and negative pressure degreasing system, vacuum system, pressure sintering system, cooling water system, rapid cooling system, safety system and auxiliary system.

● Design standard:

The cemented carbide pressure sintering furnace is a single-chamber double-door horizontal, periodic heating structure. The design is easy to handle and maintain, and the entire process is automatically controlled. Achieve continuous operation at full load, 300 heats per year or 300 working days per year. Resistive heating of graphite elements (low voltage, high current); with multiple heating units, each unit individually controls temperature; fully automatic control.

●General requirements of the equipment:

Mainly used for dewaxing of hard alloys (vacuum Ar carrier gas dewaxing and hydrogen micro-positive dewaxing), vacuum sintering, partial pressure sintering, H2/CH4 atmosphere sintering, pressure sintering, rapid cooling and other processes. For the internal heat type pressure sintering furnace, the above process can be continuously processed. Satisfy the strict requirements of furnace temperature uniformity and atmosphere uniformity during the sintering process of the cemented carbide.
