Function and Application
Circular Stapler HC can easily and conveniently anastomose lumen
organs by firing into the tissues of alimentary canal two staggered
(interior and exterior) rings of titanium staples and cutting off
inside tissue with the circular blades simultaneously.
This stapler is suitably used for end-to-end and end-to-side tissue
anastomoses in alimentary canal organs such as esophagus, stomach ,
entera etc., especially at the low recta and high esophagus not
suitable for hand work. It also can be used in the circular cutting
operation of hemorrhoids.
How to use Single Use Surgical Circular Stapler For
Open Surgery
Single Use Surgical Circular Stapler For Open Surgery can easily
and conveniently anastomose organs by firing into the tissues of
alimentary canal two staggered (interior and exterior) rings of
titanium staples and cutting off inside tissue with the circular
blades simultaneously. The instrument is activated by squeezing the
handles firmly as far as they will go. Immediately after staple
formation, the knife blade resects the excess tissue, creating a
circular anastomosis.
Step 1. Checking the package whether it is OK, then open it, remove
the stapler
Step 2. Turning the adjusting knob counter clockwise until the
anvil is completely visible
Step 3. Drawing the anvil from the pike, insert to the organ for
purse
Step 4. Turning the adjusting knob clockwise until the pike deep
into the stapler body
Step 5. Inserting the stapler into the organ and close the top of
the stapler to the part will be anastomased. Then turn the
adjusting knob counterclockwise until the pike appeared completely
Step 6. Snapping the anvil shaft into the pike until a clear click
is heard
Step 7. Turning the adjusting knob counterclockwise until the
indicator reaches the green district
Step 8. Opening the safety and squeezing the handle, a clear click
will be heard which indicates finishing firing
Step 9. Turning the adjusting knob 3-4 circles, then extracting the
stapler slowly
Step 10. Checking the anastomosed parts
