Water-soluble films have been specifically designed to serve as release agents in the production of solid surface materials, engineered stone countertops, walls, interior flooring and other building & construction applications. Our film provides a seamless release from the mold or casting bed once the product has cured, enabling a smooth finish while increasing productivity and reducing labor and waste in the fabrication process.

PVA has excellent performance for making parts of unsaturated polyester, epoxy resin or other thermosetting resin. It is ideal for demolding artificial marble, quartz stone and others.

In addition, because it is a water-soluble it does not leave any residue behind.

Once the stone product has cured, the PVOH film can be easily removed by simply running water over the mold.
