Cold Water Soluble Nonwoven Fabric(Cold Water Soluble Paper) is
mainly used for Top-grade Underwear, Model Clothes and some Special
Fabrics. It meets the needs of all kinds of Embroidery crafts as
well. With the well flexibility and tensile strength, it keeps
embroidery the same after attached to the bottom of embroidery.

It dissolves in the 20°C water within 10-30 seconds, which makes
sure that the fabrics and threads discolor after dissolving. The
high-quality embroidery designs stand out by using our Cold Water
Soluble Paper.

It is environmentally friendly as well after dissolving without any
residues or toxicants.
