Thermostat The KSD series thermostat operates on the principle of bimetallic
discs that snap into action when temperature changes occur. This
snap action activates the internal contacts, ultimately controlling
the circuit by opening or closing it. Key features include fixed
working temperature, reliable snap action, minimal flashover,
extended working life, and reduced radio interference. KSD301 Thermostat Specifications
KSD301 Auto Reset vs Manual Reset Types Manual Reset Type Temperature sensing components consist of bimetallic strip. When
temperature reaches the action range, it snaps quickly and the
movable disc disconnects. When temperature declines to a fixed
point, the contact cannot reset until the reset button is pressed
to reconnect the circuit.
