1. What kind of finished you could make?

--silver, golden, black, rose gold, antique bronze, antique silver, antique rose gold, silver mirror, golden mirror, 24k gold, etc.
 

2. What kind of feature you could make?

--- recessed, embossed, cut-out, printed.

3. What shape you could make?

--- Any shape, according to requirement.

4. What's the thickness you can make?

----- 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.35mm, 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1mm and so on.

5. What kind of material you have?

--- brass, stainless steel, copper.
 

6. Will you supply free sample to check the quality?

--- Yes, we would supply the existing sample in free, but need you pay the freight. For customized sample,

    we need to charge it according to design and requirement. customized sample is not free.

    The cost of the customized sample is $60.

7. What's your MOQ?

--- 100 pcs per design.

8. Will you supply service on design? Is it free?

--- Yes, we would supply free service on design.

9. How long to finish one order ? How long for shipment?

--- It takes about 7-9 days for Sample .

---- about 3-6 days for shipment.

10. How can I get your quotation?

---- Need you send the design to check firstly, or tell the requirement about the card you want, such as design,

size, thickness, colour finished of metal, quantity and so on.

11. What kind of document you need for design?

--- AI format, CorelDraw, PDF and so on. pls convert the text to curve before you send the file,

because we are not sure whether we have the font you use.

12. Will you supply sample to check the quality before make the bulk order?

--- No, we don't supply free customed sample before the production, because it's a complicated process,

and the cost is expensive. But we would supply artwork/ mock-up to check and confirm.

13. If we receive bad quality goods, how shall we do?

--- Pls contact us and tell the problem after you receive the goods, and take photos ,

we would reproduce the new goods for you, or refund you the money.

14. How can I know that you would refund us the money or supply us the new

goods if there is any quality problem when we receive it?
