The features of standard Metal Cards:

2.Craft: etched/engraved; brushed; mirror effect; die cutting/cut through; silk clor printing; plating with black color

3. Price term: 50% deposit of the total payment before bulk production. And the balance should be paid before delivery.

The specifications of Metal Cards:

Usual Material:

304 Stainless steel,316 Stainless steel, 65 Brass, Aluminum.

Metal cards are regular stainless steel cards or brass cards.

Finish:

Frosted finish, Glossy finish, Brushed finish, Polish finish,Full color print finish, Matt black finish.

Size:

Standard size: 85*54mm, 80*50mm, 76*44mm

Other size: As your request. The biggest size can't exceed 400*290mm.

Thickness:

Standard thickness for metal cards: 0.35mm, for Metal Bottle Opener usually thickness is 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm etc

Other thickness: 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm,0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.8mm. It need extra cost over 0.4mm.

Color: black, stainless steel, silver, golden, gray dark etc

Printing options:

Offset printing full color on both side, no mind how many color on the card.

Print pantone color ( common is 2-4 colors, can be more color in extra cost.

Print CMYK+ Metallic color

Print gold or silver color

Hot stamp foil color ( gold, silver,laser red gold etc)

Security logo printing , only special light can see the logo, common light see nothing

Plating Color:

Golden, Genuine gold, Silver, Sterling silver, Rose Gold, Black.
