The form of the design file are AI,CDR,PDF,JPG,Resolution should beyond 300dpi.

Design file should be outlined or send the fonts to us.

4.Confirm the production order and Transfer the agreed deposit payment.

5.Production time (5-7 working days)

6.Confirm the delivery and paid the balance before the shipping.

1. Can my cards have rounded corners?

All our cards have rounded corners as standard-just like a credit or debit card.

2. I've seen cards with a matte laminate,are these more expensive?

All our cards are supplied with glossy laminate as standard.Matte laminate is also available at no extra cost-Just let us know which you prefer.If your cards have large areas of dark color,like black or dark blue,we recommend matte laminate,they look great.

3. Can i have thinner cards?

Sure,our standard cards are 760 micron thick,same as credit or debit card.we also supply 420 and 680 micron cards.

4. I'm new to all of this and cannot supply artwork,can you help?

No problem. We can make design for you for free.

5. When will my cards arrive?

We will delivery your cards or tags 8-9 days after proof approval.
