High Precision 5 XD Tungsten Carbide Drill Bits Inner Coolant With
Brazer Coating
Solid carbide internal cooling drill bit is a hole processing tool.
It has two spiral internal holes rotating from the shank to the
cutting edge.
When Compressing the passing-through air, oil or cutting fluid
during the cutting process, it can cool the tool and wash the chips
away, reduce the cutting temperature and increase the service life
of the tool.
With the Nano Blue coating on the surface, it also increases the
durability of the drill bit and the stability of the processing
size.
So the solid carbide internal cooling drill bits have better
cutting performance than ordinary cemented carbide drill bits,
especially suitable for deep hole machining and
difficult-to-machine materials.
Specificaions:
Solid carbide tools offer long tool life and faster cutting speeds
than other substrates, but are more brittle and must be used with
rigid toolholding systems.
Suitable for carbon steel, chilled cast iron, ductile iron, gray
cast iron, die steel, stainless steel, heat resistant alloy steel,
tool steel.
Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of toolholding systems.
When run in a counterclockwise direction (right-hand cut) spiral
fluted tools evacuate chips up and out of the cut to reduce
clogging.
Drilling, or hole making, is the most common metalworking operation
in the world. Twist drill bits are the most common type of drill
bit used. Twist drill bits are commonly used to drill holes with
hand-operated drills, standalone drill presses, or lathes. The
flutes of the drill bit act a passageway for chip extraction from
the hole and for coolant to enter the hole.
