Product Description

Corner Pasting Tape is crafted from imported kraft paper, PET (polyester), and other substrates, which are coated with a polyolefin hot melt adhesive. It is ideally suited for both single-angle and fully automatic high-speed four-corner adhering equipment, facilitating the process of carton corner bonding and shaping. This tape boasts robust adhesive strength, effortless cutting, straightforward application, an aesthetically pleasing appearance, and uniformity. Additionally, it remains resilient against peeling or deformation caused by moisture and heat.

This is uniformly sprayed on the PET substrate in a dustless environment with high temperature hot melt adhesive. The thickness of the PET substrate is 50um and the thickness of the hot melt adhesive is 20um. The total thickness of the tape is 70um. The width of the tape is usually 19MM, but it can also cut other width tapes according to customer's requirements. The total length is about 300m. Mainly used in all kinds of carton filler machine or automatic four-corner filler machine to stick the four corners of the box. After filler filler, the carton is stable, reliable and safe. Mainly used for high quality gift boxes

Usage method

Maintain the temperature within a range of 110°C to 135°C for use in automatic and semi-automatic box-making machinery, including box corner adhesive machines, four-corner pasting equipment, automatic box wrappers, and automatic rigid box manufacturing machines.
