Product Introduction

Hot melt adhesive tape is manufactured using kraft paper (available in yellow or white), extensible paper, paper and as imported its base materials. These materials are then coated with a thermoplastic adhesive, cooled down, sliced into sections, and finally rolled up for use.
This versatile product is predominantly utilized in the packaging of paper bags, paper-plastic composite bags, and in industries requiring top and bottom sealing, as well as box sealing. The specifications of the tape can be customized according to user requirements, with widths ranging from 10 to 120 mm, lengths varying between 120 and 600 meters, and a glue coating weight of 20 to 60 grams per square meter.

Kraft Paper Strapping Tape TS301-30 is a type of hot-viscous hot-melt adhesive tape, crafted from kraft paper and coated with hot-melt adhesive on one surface. It remains non-adhesive at room temperature but exhibits excellent thermal bonding force when heated to high temperatures. Based on the base material used, it can be categorized as yellow kraft tape or white kraft tape. This tape is ideally suited for semi-automatic and automatic strapping machines, banding machines, and packing machines, used for securing items such as money, gift boxes, books, suspenders, and data cables.
