Instructions

When using bone glue, soak bone glue with the same volume or a little more water( had better use hot water) for 10 hours or so, make the glue soft, then heat to 75℃ or so, make it into glue solution can be used, The ratio of glue to water should be determined according to the required viscosity, such as water more viscosity is low and thin: add water less viscosity is high and thick. When hot glue temperature should not be too high, temperature is more than 100℃ will be due to molecular degradation and viscosity decline, gum again deterioration. Bone glue is used in the use of a small amount of precipitation, so it is necessary to use the side of the well stirring, in order to regulate viscosity and fluidity, when hot glue must use the bath method, never store glue containers directly heating.

Bone glue should be kept in a certain temperature condition can be used, therefore, when the use of water, water and colloidal temperature should be basically the same, can not add cold water. Because the bone glue should maintain a certain temperature (75℃±10℃), the temperature of the glue will suddenly drop after adding cold water, which will affect the bonding effect.
