Tensioner Stringing Machine Description:
Hydraulic Tensioner SA-ZY-1x30KN Machine ,Single Conductor Stringing Equipment is used for overhead single conductor or OPGW stringing. We supply full set of puller, tensioner, stringing blocks, come along clamps, drum stands etc.
It is main tension stringing equipment on 35KV - 110KV transmission line, and for OPGW stringing operation. Stringing Equipment is composed of 3 ton puller with tensioner, and accessory tools for single conductor or OPGW stringing on high voltage overhead power line. The set of puller and tensioner can be used for bigger conductor in flat area.

There are three important steps for selection of hydraulic conductor tensioner:
First, it is important to know the diameter or model of biggest conductor in transmission line project, because the weight of conductor can be used to calculate the tension force on conductor.
Second, how many conductors in one phase of transmission line? Is it single conductor, two conductors, or four conductors transmission line?
Third, How is working condition of construction site? Is it Mountain area or flat lands? Are there big rivers or forest in the stringing section? Are there any corner towers in one stringing section? How many towers are there is one tension section?
Tensioner Stringing Machine Application:
It is suitable for single conductor, earth wire, OPGW and ADSS optic fiber cable stringing in overhead transmission line stringing operation.
