Quality Control Laboratories:

Toponewire's chemical and mechanical test laboratories

In order to provide better quality and better service to customers, Toponewire has its own quality control laboratory equipped with the latest testing devices and technology and with highly educated and exprienced proffesionals.

In our laboratory it is possible to test stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminium and other kinds of metals with precise calibration devices. Four experienced chemical and metalurgical engineers will provide precise test results.

All test are made in compliance with international standard and accepted procedures and measuring device are always calibrated and up to date.

According to customers' needs, all kinds of test will be performed and completed in the shortest time.

Electro-mechanical test

Electro-mechanical test are performed with 10 tons computer controled testing device.

Tests we can perform:

• Tensile strength
• Yield strength
• Elongation
• Compression
• Bending

Tests we can perform:

TS EN ISO 7500-1

STM E4 10002-2

For precise mechanical tests, we are using:

• Precise electronic scale
• Electronic caliper
• Micrometer
• Angle measuring protractor
• Metal rulers

In our laboratory, all measuring devices are calibrated by authorized institution and always updated.

 

Chemical test analysis

For chemical analysis we are using the newest and the most precise calibration devices, CCD spectrometer and Thermo Niton XRF (XL2 800) portable spectrometer.
