Advantage Of Cable Tie Manufacturing Machine
1. Release hands to handle work pieces. The bundling is done by
automatic cable tie gun.
2. Loose nylon cable ties would be sorted and transferred into the
cable tie gun automatically.
3. When operator treads the foot pedal, cable ties would be started
packaging.
4. Silicone hose is placed between the cable tie gun claws. It
would be bundled once you tread the pedal.
5. 0.8S – 1.0S to wrap, tighten and cut off per nylon cable tie.
6. Max bundle diameter for work piece is 22mm. Be automatically
adapted different diameters.
