Features of automatic nylon cable tie machine
1. Operator puts loose cable ties T25080 into the vibration feeder
and puts wire harness to the position of jaws, then treads foot
pedal, auto cable tie machine would finish tying and cutting nylon
cable ties.
2. The bundle diameters for wire harness: 2mm – 12mm.
3. The binding forces are adjusted by PE engineer.
4. One machine equals 3 workers’ workload.
5. Using loose cable ties, vibrating feeding, moving cable ties to
