Working principle
1. Core working principle: After the fiber optic sensor detects
that the cable tie is in place, handler pulls the trigger, cable
tie will be sent to the gun head and wrapped, tightened and cut,
and the cut tail material will be automatically collected into the
trash bin/box.
2. Operation process: put nylon zip ties(automatic cable tie
machine placed near the assembly line) – product delivery –
handheld zip tie gun binding nylon tie wraps(handler need to pull
the trigger) – finishing bundling nylon ties and collecting the
waste
